Things you need :- Custom Rom Stable data connection/Wifi Themes ; There are 3 methods to this, Flashing a zip theme, a Metamorph theme and T-Mobile Theme chooser. Obviously the Metamorph and T-Mobile theme chooser would be easier, but metamorph is unstable and T-mobile theme chooser is available for Cyanogen Mod 7 atm. Wallpaper ; I'd suggest getting some from the Minimalistic or Nature section of dA. Don't get something that's too complicated. It'll be messy.
